The Australian Olympic Committee honoured Cecil Healy, a gold medallist who defined sportsmanship, at a ceremony in France. Healy was the only Australian Olympic gold medallist killed in WWI. The AOC laid a wreath on his grave in the New British Cemetery in Assevillers, coinciding with the Paris Olympic Games' return to the city for the first time since 1924.
