ASK Property Fund, backed by Blackstone, has invested ₹190 crore in Kalpataru's real estate project in Borivali West, Mumbai. The funds will be used for acquisition and working capital for the redevelopment project, which comprises 310 units and is spread over 6 acres with a saleable area of about 6.5 lakh square feet. This is ASK Property Fund's second investment with Kalpataru Group.
