33-year-old Zachary Rosenthal from Tacoma, Washington has pleaded not guilty to federal charges accusing him of causing over $100,000 in damage to two power substations in Oregon in 2022 and stealing 24 firearms from a licensed dealer. Rosenthal is charged with causing damages exceeding $100,000 to the Ostrander Substation and $5,000 to the Sunnyside Substation. Damaging an energy facility causing over $100,000 in damages is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison.
