41-year-old woman charged with theft after stealing a Pride banner from Georgian Shores United Church in Owen Sound. A citizen photographed the suspect attempting to conceal the banner in her bag on July 13. The church reported the theft on July 15, and the police identified the suspect who was already under arrest for unrelated thefts and possession of property obtained by crime.
