49-year-old man's death deemed suspicious after going into medical distress while on remand at Prince Albert Correctional Centre. The Saskatchewan Coroner's Office, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and an external policing partner are investigating the case. The man was arrested on July 3 for outstanding criminal warrants and passed away on July 9, after being transported to a Saskatoon hospital from Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert.
