50-year-old Jennifer S. Meyer was arrested and charged with first-degree arson in connection with the July 4th fire that destroyed Sandpoint Army Surplus. The Sandpoint Police Chief identified Meyer after reviewing surveillance footage. The motive for the arson remains under investigation by the Sandpoint Police Department, Idaho State Fire Marshal's Office, and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
