Unbeaten middleweight contender Khamzat Chimaev plans a UFC comeback at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi on October 26, with the fighter expressing his desire to fight for the title. Chimaev, ranked 11th in the official middleweight rankings, has not competed since October 2021. He was forced to withdraw from a scheduled main event fight against Robert Whittaker last month due to a "violent illness".
