A study by Banijay Group, Everywoman Studios, and the Geena Davis Institute reveals an ongoing gender imbalance in the U.S. and global reality TV industry, with men comprising 58.4% of executive producer, supervising producer, and show creator roles. Reality TV show creators are also predominantly male, with 73.7% being men and 25.7% women on average across the U.S., U.K., Brazil, and France.
