South Korea to take administrative action against Saudia for suspending direct flights without permission.

South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is taking administrative action against Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) for suspending direct flights to South Korea without obtaining permission. Saudia had received approval for three weekly flights between Incheon and Riyadh, but has not been operating since June 27. The airline must provide reasons for the suspension and future plans by July 30, and the ministry will determine penalties, including suspending operations or fining 100 million won ($72,361).
