Nurse Tilana Louw wins R300,000 damages from Netcare Universitas Hospital for failing to act against abusive doctor Dr S P Grobler. Louw had complained multiple times about Grobler's verbal abuse but received no response. The Bloemfontein High Court judge ordered the hospital to pay damages, past and future medical expenses, and part of Louw's costs on a punitive scale.
