Minister McConalogue launches Cooley Flood Damage Relief Scheme for 2023 impacted farmers.

Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Charlie McConalogue launched a support scheme for farmers in Cooley Peninsula impacted by severe weather and flooding in 2023. The Cooley Flood Damage Relief Scheme will provide financial assistance for repair or replacement of damaged fencing, gateways, farm roadways, and lane ways, as well as support for loss of feed and fertiliser. Applications close on 31 July.
