At 1 a.m. on Tuesday, a woman rollerblading was attacked by an unidentified man in his 20s to 30s, who is between 5'8" and 5'9" with arm tattoos and short-length hair twists. The suspect is still at large, and the Miami Beach Police's sexual battery unit is investigating the incident.
