Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has gifted each departing National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member N100,000 and pledged N5bn for the construction of a permanent NYSC Orientation Camp site in Lagos. The governor also promised automatic employment into the civil service for 100 corps members after their service year. The funds will be available in the NYSC members' accounts by next week.
