Ghanaian Supreme Court postpones ruling on anti-LGBTQ bill's transmission to President Akufo-Addo.

The Ghanaian Supreme Court has postponed its ruling on injunction applications filed by Richard Sky and Dr. Amanda Odoi, challenging the anti-LGBTQ bill's transmission to President Akufo-Addo. The court will provide its ruling on the same day as the final judgment on the constitutionality of the Human Sexual Rights and Family Values Bill. Both Sky and Odoi argue that the bill violates provisions of the 1992 constitution.
