Realty firm Alphacorp plans to invest Rs 350 crore in developing a luxury housing project in Gurugram, as part of its expansion amid strong consumer demand. Alphacorp has tied up with an entity owning two land parcels, totaling 2.4 acres, in Sector 15, Part 2, Gurugram. The project, consisting of 200 apartments, is expected to be funded through internal accruals and bank loans, if necessary.
