39-year-old motorcyclist Alfredo Pizarro-Franco died on Sunday after driving the wrong way down a Lebanon street and crashing into an SUV. The accident occurred at the intersection of Hanover Street and Mifflin Street at 8:30 p.m., when Pizarro-Franco failed to stop at the intersection and collided with the SUV's driver's side door. The SUV driver was uninjured.
