The Ottawa Senators have signed goaltender Mads Sogaard to a two-year contract extension. The 23-year-old Danish netminder spent most of last season with the AHL's Belleville Senators, posting a 2.45 goals-against average and .916 save percentage in 32 games. He made his NHL debut during the 2021-22 season, appearing in 27 games with a 10-10-3 record, a 3.44 GAA, and an .884 save percentage.
