VML has appointed Richard Williams as group executive creative director for its Melbourne and Sydney offices, starting in September. With 25 years of advertising experience, Williams has led major accounts at Clemenger BBDO, such as NAB, TAC, CUB, BMW, MINI, and TABTouch. He played a key role in the agency winning Mumbrella's Creative Agency of the Decade in 2020 and Cannes Lions Agency of the Year in 2017.
