Tata Power plans to invest Rs 20,000 crore in FY25 for new projects, with a significant portion allocated to the renewable energy segment. At the company's 105th Annual General Meeting, Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran stated that this investment is in addition to the Rs 12,000 crore spent in FY24. The company will also explore participation in Small Modular Nuclear Reactors and expand its distribution businesses in other states, pending government permission and opportunities.
