St. Louis reinstitutes red-light camera proposals for traffic safety and accountability.

St. Louis is seeking proposals for new red-light cameras after discontinuing their use in 2015. The new system must record both the vehicle's license plate and the driver's face, and applications for the project are due on August 19.
