4 police officers in India suspended, charged with FIR after detainee found dead on railway tracks. Anshu (27) was brought to Manikpur police station on suspicion of causing a disturbance, escaped within 9 minutes, CCTV showed him leaving, and no police search followed. His body was later found nearby. The police personnel did not attempt to search for the youth after his escape.
