Kano State Government has filed fresh charges against former governor Abdullahi Ganduje and ex-Commissioner for Justice, Musa Lawan, alleging criminal conspiracy, misappropriation, and abuse of office. The case number is K/143c/24, with Ganduje and Lawan charged under Sections 308, 309, 97, and 315 of the penal code. The state government plans to present four witnesses in court.
