Organized by the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe and backed by the Baku Initiative Group, the event brings together leaders from over 15 parties and movements. Representatives from Corsica, Melanesia, Polynesia, the Caribbean, and the Antilles islands attend, facing French colonialism. The congress aims to create a unified platform for closer association in the fight for independence and discuss strategies and effective practices for self-determination.
