Indian politician Mukesh Sahani's father, Jitan Sahani, was found murdered at their home in Darbhanga district, Bihar. Jitan Sahani, the father of the former Bihar minister and national president of the Vikasheel Insaan Party (VIP), was found with multiple stab wounds and cuts on his chest and stomach. The VIP party is an alliance partner of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in Bihar.
