Indian Embassy in Kuwait rescues Andhra Pradesh man, Siva, stranded after allegedly being cheated by an agent. Siva had borrowed money for a job in Kuwait but faced severe hardships, including lack of food and support. State Human Resource Development Minister Nara Lokesh played a key role in facilitating Siva's safe return to Andhra Pradesh, with the help of the Ministry of External Affairs.
