3 adults died in a Phoenix apartment fire on Monday. The fire broke out in a three-story complex near 48th Street and Warner Road at around 6:30 a.m. Firefighters found the victims unconscious and not breathing, and their deaths were confirmed at the scene. The cause of the fire and the circumstances of the deaths are under investigation by the Phoenix Fire Investigations Task Force and Phoenix police detectives.
