20-year-old woman hospitalized after pedestrian-vehicle crash in Harpenden Road, St Albans. A pedestrian and an orange Toyota Aygo collided near the Heathlands Drive junction. The woman's condition is serious but stable. The vehicle driver remains at the scene to assist officers with enquiries. PC Ryan Moore from the Road Policing Unit requests anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
