2-year-old Ryan Ramones, abducted by his father Richard Ramones in Wichita, has been found safe, and the father is now in custody. The Kansas Amber Alert was issued after the child was taken during an alleged assault on the mother. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has since canceled the alert, though the boy's condition is not yet known.
