40-year-old Johnathan O'Neill died after becoming trapped under his car in a Lambton accident. Emergency services were called to the scene at 2 PM on Saturday, but despite treatment from NSW Ambulance paramedics, O'Neill passed away. Police have launched an investigation with a report to be prepared for the Coroner. A GoFundMe page has been established by O'Neill's nephew to raise funds for his funeral, as he was a pensioner.
