Suspect Billy Joe Williams, wanted in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi on multiple charges, was arrested during a traffic stop in Russellville. Williams attempted to hide on the floorboard of the vehicle and then tried to flee, but was apprehended. The driver, Tabitha Goins, was also arrested on charges of hindering prosecution. Police thanked the public for their assistance in the case.
