Poland's UOKiK fined PayPal Europe $27.3M for ambiguous contract clauses with unclear penalties.
Poland's antitrust and consumer protection watchdog, UOKiK, fined PayPal Europe $27.3 million for ambiguous contractual clauses, which failed to clearly state activities that could lead to penalties for users.
