Karnataka Assembly installs AI-enabled cameras with facial recognition technology to record MLAs' arrival, exit, and duration of presence. This new system will track legislators' attendance and presence, with KGF Congress MLA Roopakala Shashidhar being the first recorded upon arrival for the monsoon session.
