Irish-language film "Kneecap" wins Galway Film Fleadh's Best Irish Film, Best Irish Language Film, and overall top prize.
Kneecap, an Irish-language film based on the rise of the Belfast hip-hop trio, has won three top awards at the Galway Film Fleadh, including Best Irish Film and Best Irish Language Film. The film, which stars Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí as themselves, also features Michael Fassbender. This marks the first time in the festival's history that a film has won all three main prizes.
