Estonian PM Kaja Kallas has resigned to become the EU's next foreign policy chief, triggering the resignation of her three-party Cabinet. Kallas will continue as Estonia's caretaker prime minister until a new government is confirmed by early August. Her party has chosen Climate Minister Kristen Michal as their prime minister candidate to replace her, pending approval from President Alar Karis and the 101-seat parliament.
