ERC plans to lower RCOA threshold to 100kW by 2027, allowing more electricity users to choose suppliers.

ERC chairman and CEO, Monalisa Dimalanta, said the goal is to expand RCOA coverage and reduce the threshold, with potential implementation in a three to four year transition period.
