2 arrested, 1 outstanding after Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) robbery in downtown Toronto; on June 28, a male received his ODSP benefits on a prepaid Visa card and was approached by a suspect claiming to have a weapon, who took the card and watched the victim attempt to withdraw funds. Toronto police have arrested two individuals and are searching for a third in connection with the robbery.
