10 armoured vehicles and 15 firetrucks shipped from France arrive in New Caledonia for security forces.

A new shipment of armoured vehicles and firetrucks has arrived in New Caledonia for the security forces, including police and firemen. The France-freighted shipment, consigned on the cargo vessel "Calao," includes 10 more armoured vehicles and 15 fire-fighting trucks for the local Civil Security department. This is to replace or renew damaged equipment, according to French High commissioner Louis Le Franc.
