Activist Fredrick Bikeri withdraws suit against Kenya's Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua over remarks against National intelligence Service Director General Noordin Haji. Bikeri earlier described the statements as "untruthful, inciting, and unlawful," but later withdrew the petition. The suit claimed Gachagua's statements fell short of the standards expected from a public officer under the Constitution and Leadership and Integrity Act.
