35 & 41-year-old Stockton residents charged with child cruelty; Cleveland Police have completed their search at the Yarm Lane property and assure no threat to public safety. The suspects will appear in Teesside Magistrates' Court on July 15, with a third suspect released on bail. Police no longer have concerns for the welfare of others involved in the case.
