A US delegation visited HIV youth initiatives and the DREAMS mentorship program in Tanzania's Southern Highlands. Funded by PEPFAR, these programs aim to address the rising HIV incidence among adolescents and youth in the region. The delegation included Mark Breda of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and Sally Chalamila of the Henry M. Jackson Foundation Medical Research International.
