On July 12th, a Chillicothe man, Samuel Joseph Brown, admitted to drug use at Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center on June 6th.

On July 12th, Ross County Grand Jury returned 13 of their 14 cases, with 6 open for public release. In one case, Chillicothe Police officers discovered a man with blood on his hands and hoodie, who admitted to using both weed and another drug. The incident occurred on June 6th at the Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center, and the man, Samuel Joseph Brown, may have been under the influence of drugs at the time.
