Homicide investigation underway in Mt Wellington, Auckland, after man found dead in car following gunshot report.

A homicide investigation is underway in Mt Wellington, Auckland, following the death of a man found in a car after reports of a gunshot outside a business. Police responded to Penrose Road at around 10.40pm and an increased police presence is expected in the area as investigations continue. A scene guard has been established and enquiries to locate those believed to be responsible are ongoing.
