The historic Highland Park Water Tower in St. Paul is open for public viewing for a limited two-day period, July 20-21. Completed in 1928, the tower was designed by Clarence Wigington and offers panoramic views from its observation deck. The two-day open house aims to educate visitors about municipal water and water resource protection efforts. The tower will reopen for public access on October 12-13.
