AEW Dynamite 250's main event will see TBS Champion Mercedes Mone defend her title against Nyla Rose, after Rose accepted her open challenge on AEW Collision. This will be their first match together, and Rose's second appearance on Dynamite in a month. Both wrestlers have a history in AEW, with Mone being a former TBS Champion and Rose previously becoming the second AEW Women's World Champion.
