66-year-old Marshella Chidester, accused of causing a crash killing two children with BAC over twice the legal limit, appeared in court, pleading not guilty to murder and OWI charges.
66-year-old Marshella Chidester, charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of operating while intoxicated causing death, and four counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, appeared in Monroe County Circuit Court and pleaded not guilty. The charges stem from an April 20 crash at the Swan Boat Club that left two children dead and injured others. Chidester's blood alcohol content was found to be .18, over twice the legal limit, during the incident.
