14-year-old Daniel Halliday, missing since June 30th while jumping waves at Crosby Beach, has been identified as the body found in River Mersey. His brother tried to save him, but the strong current made it impossible. Daniel's death is not suspicious and has been referred to the coroner's office. His family is being supported by specially trained officers during this difficult time.
