17-year-old charged for allegedly threatening to sexually assault a woman in Toronto's west end. The suspect engaged victims in conversation before threatening the female victim, who along with others retreated into their home. The boy was arrested and charged with uttering threats causing bodily harm and death threats. Cannot be identified under Youth Criminal Justice Act.
