21 Robinson Huron Treaty (RHT) nations received a $10bn settlement from Canadian government, secured by lawyers' help. Atikameksheng Anishnawbek and Garden River First Nations chiefs contest a $510m lawyer fees invoice, claiming it's excessive and reduces settlement funds for RHT communities. Court hearing on July 30 will assess the fees and address if remaining funds are assets of the RHT Litigation Fund.
