Ricky Ponting, Australia's two-time ODI World Cup-winning captain, has stepped down as Delhi Capitals head coach in the Indian Premier League (IPL). His departure concludes a seven-year association with the franchise, ahead of the mega auction for the 2025 season. Ponting took on the role as DC's head coach in 2018 when the team was known as Delhi Daredevils.
