Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing, NJ is facing another store closure with Rainbow, a teen/young women's clothing retailer, announcing its closure in July 2024 after just 20 months of operation. The mall has been struggling with declining footfall and has seen several major retailers shut their doors. Rainbow had opened in November 2022 and is now offering discounts with "everything must go now" signs.
